"Happy Meal" hand-made individual caviar tasting set : Sterling Silver (more than 50 Oz/ 1.4 kg ) and hand-carved Wenge wood; the master silver tray frames 4 wood insets : a central one features a hand-raised silver bowl held by 3 penguins, a side tray with a penguin Maitre D' holding-up a blini tray above a miniature alcohol lamp; a blini stacking plate on the front tray, 2 crystal cups (for caviar and crème fraiche ) and 2 ivory spoons...
Special order; 3 months delivery, Bespoke options have been created like sturgeons instead of penguins, alternate shape of the tray (heart shape) etc...Inspiration is the limit.
The inspiration & "raison d'etre"...
This individual degustation set has been designed to allow an elegant tasting experience consistent with the luxury that this precious delicacy represent: a plate size oval sterling silver tray gathers 4 modular trays made of Wenge wood that each serves a specific function:
- the central round silver bowl, held up by a happy family of 3 penguins is dedicated to containing the crushed ice on which sits the Baccarat crystal cup where the caviar serving will be kept chilled during degustation...
- first delicately grab a blini from the pile that has been placed on the silver tray to the left of the central bowl and move it onto the tray held by the formal ice skating Maitre D’ penguin where the blini will be warmed up by a candle underneath whilst being prepared
- Secondly, grab a smidgen of crème fraiche with a mother of pearl spoon in the Baccarat crystal bowl south of the silver bowl and delicately slather the blini on the Maitre D’ ‘s tray...
- Then scoop a few grams of caviar with the other mother of pearl miniature spoon and cover the blini atop the crème fraiche
- Enjoy and repeat till satisfied & merry ...

This piece can -and has been - customized to specific arrangements or modifications for some exclusive customers: Sturgeons instead of Penguins, a 4 part tray that can also accomodate a vodka shot glass...a larger ice bowl for bigger caviar serving...Allow 2 months between order & delivery for a max. of 2 pieces.
