Where it REALLY starts is in some part of your brain, your vision or just your eyes...Then, onto a drawing , you take it to the bench to make it shape up, materialize step by step...wax carving, fabrication, metal casting, filing, sawing, soldering, stone setting...etc...The process can involve weeks of labor & more than 50 steps before becoming a piece that you can offer to share.
